AL is currently one of Portugal’s leading manufacturers of electrical equipment for the construction industry.

Its main activity is based on the manufacture and commercialisation of a wide range of boxes and panels for electrical, water and gas circuits, as well as a complementary range of lighting and telecommunications equipment.

In terms of production, it has several specific and autonomous processes such as polymer injection and compression and the production of electronic devices.

In terms of conception and design, AL is autonomous and designs all of its products, aiming to continue its goal of “making a difference”.

To manufacture its products, AL uses PVC, ABS, Polycarbonate, Polystyrene, Polyamide and Polyester reinforced with glass fibre as raw materials, ensuring compliance with current national and international standards and safety regulations.
